Q: Why do we need a planner?

A:  We are an extension of you and are there to help fill the gaps. If you absolutely love planning your own wedding, we’ll be there to help bounce ideas, find the best vendors, and just chat all day about designs and flowers. If you’re too busy, we’ll be there to plan the entire thing from beginning to end. and if there’s anything that you frankly don’t want to deal with, we’ll be there to help!

The most important thing is that you and your loved ones enjoy your special day. A lot of time, energy, and money goes into a wedding and we want you to be fully present and experience all the love! Your Lovingly Yours team will handle the entire execution of the wedding day from vendor management and setup to tear-down and tipping. All you have to do is show up and get married!

Q: What if our venue already has a coordinator?

A: That’s great! A venue coordinator will be there to manage the venue and can help with any venue-related issues such as temperature, lighting, food/wait staff, kitchen, etc. However, venue coordinators will only assist as far as it relates to the venue. If you have any decor items or rentals that are coming elsewhere, a venue coordinator will likely not be able to help or setup. Thus, we strongly recommend still using our month-of coordination services to make sure everything is setup (and shows up) as planned!

Q: Do you receive commission for referring certain vendors?

A: Absolutely not! We believe in being completely transparent with our pricing and recommending vendors that we wholeheartedly love working with. Any kickbacks/commission/referral we receive will be passed along to you in the form of a discount on our services.

Q: Do you cater to specific religions?

A: Not at all! We service all religions.

Q: Do you cater to same sex weddings?

A: Absolutely! Love is universal!

Q: Will you look for the lowest price?

A: Absolutely! We are very understanding of budget restraints and will find vendors that fit your price range. However, we will always push value over price within reason, so though the vendors we recommend may not be the absolute cheapest, we are positive they will be able to get the job done.

Our ultimate goal is to ensure your wedding day exceeds your vision and that it goes smoothly, and your vendor team is what makes or breaks it! We do not receive any commission whatsoever for referring certain vendors so every vendor we recommend are ones that we wholeheartedly trust and believe will exceed your expectations!

Q: How soon should I book with you?

A: As soon as possible to ensure availability as we only execute one wedding per weekend! We begin booking about a year and a half in advance.

If you’d like partial to full planning services, we recommend booking a year or more before the wedding day. If you just need month-of coordination services, we would recommend booking about 6 months in advance, but we are subject to availability.
